Do you provide international delivery?

 

Not yet. At the moment we are focusing on the UK.

What are your delivery options?

We ship all packages via Royal Mail second class post. If you need your items sooner, please get in touch and we’ll arrange for express shipping where possible.

How do I return an item?

Please send us a message to let us know why you are returning the item and post it back to us at our return address. If the products are in resalable condition, we will give you a full refund on receipt minus the cost of shipping.

What is your returns policy?

 

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, except for hygiene items, which unfortunately we cannot accept back. All items must be in a resalable condition. We do ask that customers properly research items before purchase because of the environmental impact of the returns process.

I can't find an item that I want?

 

Please tell us about it. We welcome suggestions for new products or feedback on existing ones – please email us with your suggestions. We will do our best to source what you want.

How do you package your products for shipping?

For packaging, we will use either recycled boxes from the Tiny Box Company or green jiffy bags with 100% recycled paper lining to send our products in. For packing we will either used recycled paper we have received ourselves or ECO FLO packing nuts that are made from corn starch and are 100% biodegradable. We also use kraft paper tape, which can go straight into the recycling bin.
